Research Associate in Silicon Quantum Devices

Summary of Job Function:

The London Centre for Nanotechnology (University College London) is seeking to appoint a post-doctoral researcher to work on a collaborative project investigating quantum transport and spin dynamics of quantum dots and donors in silicon nano-devices, using methodologies which include coherent control of electron and nuclear spins, resonant optical excitation for dynamic polarisation and measurement, and fast electrical measurement of spins.

The post will be under the direction of Prof John Morton and is funded for up to two years in the first instance.
